Front Desk/Patient Coordinator

Join a warm, patient-focused Children’s Dentistry practice that serves families in both pedodontic and private care settings. We are seeking a FULL-TIME front office professionals in our Warren, Michigan and Shelby Twp., Michigan locations to support daily administrative operations and help create a positive experience for every patient and parent who visits our office.

Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, maintaining patient records and charting, coordinating treatment planning, and supporting front desk operations. Additional duties may include reviewing documents, assisting with digital X-rays and ScanX processing, and helping ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will have a high school education and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office. Previous clinic experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of dental terminology and CDT coding practices is highly desirable, along with familiarity with DENTRIX. We also value excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks professionally. Bilingual skills are an asset.

Required skills include CPR certification, dental terminology, insurance verification, patient care, scheduling, sterile procedures, treatment planning, Dentrix, Microsoft Office, and dental records management.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm, with one Friday and one Saturday per month. Lunch break is 1pm–2pm Monday through Thursday. Salary is negotiable.
