LOCATION
Balcones Heights, TXWe are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented dental professional to support a busy dental office offering both general and orthodontic care. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients and the clinical team in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting the dentist during procedures, sterilizing and organizing instruments, taking and processing dental images as directed, and helping patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment. Additional duties may include setting up trays, documenting clinical information, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked work area. Strong communication skills, a calm demeanor, and the ability to work well with both children and adults are important in this role.
A high school education is required, along with 2 years of dental assisting experience. Experience in both general dentistry and orthodontics is preferred and will support success in this position. Candidates should be reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable following clinical protocols and office procedures.
For safety, the office provides disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a professional dental setting while contributing to excellent patient care.
