What You’ll Do:

Prepare and Sterilize Equipment: Ensure instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use in all procedures.
Assist the Dentist: Provide chairside assistance during exams and treatments, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
Manage Patient Records: Use EagleSoft to maintain accurate patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Schedule & Confirm Appointments: Take charge of scheduling and confirming patient visits using EagleSoft, keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
X-Ray Tech: Take and process digital X-rays, ensuring high-quality images while following all safety protocols.
Patient Education: Help educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene and post-treatment care, building trust and rapport.
Team Support: Provide assistance to your colleagues with any administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven Dental Assistant Experience: You’re a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in the dental field.
EagleSoft Expertise: You’re familiar with EagleSoft and know how to use it to keep everything from scheduling to patient records running seamlessly.
Knowledge of Dental Procedures: You understand dental terminology, common procedures, and patient care practices.
Excellent Communication Skills: You’re friendly, approachable, and can communicate effectively with both patients and the team.
Certifications: CPR certification and any required state certifications. If you have additional certifications (EFDA, CDA, etc.), even better!
Bonus: If you’re bilingual (English/Spanish), we’d love to hear from you!

State-of-the-art dental office located in Lake Nona for the past 15 years. We recently moved to our new 9,400 sq ft building in September, 2019. Out of network practice, which offers quality dentistry, providing excellent customer service with the goal to make patients feel comfortable and like family. We are in the growth mode and looking for outstanding members to add to our dental family!

Face shields, Goggles, N95 masks, Nitrile gloves, Regular masks, Additional: Cloth material gowns washed daily - in-office washer and dryer available.
