Registered Dental Hygienist: Part-time

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate dental hygienist to join our modern private dental and facial aesthetic boutique in Acworth. Patient comfort is a priority, with amenities such as weighted blankets, warm towels, noise-canceling headphones, and nitrous available for any service. We are looking for a team member who is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy smiles and renewed confidence.

In this role, you will provide a full range of hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal treatment, gingivitis screening and treatment, oral cancer screening, oral pathology screening, and soft tissue management. You will also perform ultrasonic scaling, fluoride treatment, pit and fissure sealants, chlorhexidine and antimicrobial placement, Arestin therapy, Atridox, Oraqix, irrigation agents, and Zoom whitening. Additional responsibilities include dental charting, patient education, patient recall, patient records management, scheduling support, intraoral imaging, digital X-rays, iTero scanning, and vital signs monitoring. Experience with nitrous oxide administration and monitoring is also valued.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to sterile procedures and infection control. You should be comfortable discussing oral hygiene instruction, periodontal findings, and treatment recommendations in a clear, encouraging way. Familiarity with dental charting, oral hygiene coaching, and supporting comprehensive treatment planning is essential.

We provide nitrile gloves, regular masks, and office gowns to support safe, professional care. Compensation is $48 per hour with an incentive structure.
