We are a growing, patient-centered dental practice seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team full time. With a strong commitment to advanced technology, including temporary crowns + clinical excellence, we take pride in delivering outstanding care within a supportive and welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures

Taking high-quality digital radiographs

Fabricating temporary crowns and supporting same-day restorative workflows

Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms with strict adherence to infection control protocols

Ensuring patient comfort while creating a positive clinical experience

Supporting clinical efficiency through strong organization and teamwork

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred

Proficiency in radiology temporary crown fabrication required

Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Ability to multitask and anticipate the needs of the clinical team

Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better support our diverse patient population

Experience with digital dentistry is a plus
