Registered Dental Hygienist – Silver City, NM (3 days a week) Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:45 am – 5:00 pm | Friday: 7:45 am – 4:00 pm

What We’re Looking For
● Licensed RDH in New Mexico (anesthesia permit a plus, but not required)
● Friendly, approachable personality with excellent patient communication skills
● Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality care
● Team-oriented mindset—willing to collaborate with doctors, assistants, and front office staff
● Open to new graduates with the right attitude and eagerness to learn

Your Day-to-Day
● See 8 patients per day
● Provide preventive care, patient education, and charting
● Maintain instruments and hygiene ops; support with cancellations or downtime
● Help patients transition smoothly from long-time providers, building trust and confidence
