Arrow Dental is a modern, patient-focused private dental practice in Pearland, TX. We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly motivated Dental Front Office Coordinator to become a key member of our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, staying organized, and helping patients receive the treatment they need while delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the front office and wants to play an important role in the continued growth of our practice.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and create an outstanding patient experience from check-in through check-out.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Schedule new and existing patients while maximizing doctor productivity and minimizing schedule gaps.
Present treatment plans confidently and help patients understand their recommended treatment.
Review insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities.
Discuss and offer third-party financing options, including Cherry and CareCredit, to help patients move forward with treatment.
Collect patient payments and accurately balance daily collections.
Verify dental insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations when necessary.
Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims and unpaid insurance balances.
Manage patient recalls, appointment confirmations, and unscheduled treatment to help maintain a productive schedule.
Request Google reviews and help build long-term patient relationships.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within Eaglesoft.
Coordinate communication between patients, specialists, laboratories, insurance companies, and the doctor.
Assist with additional front office administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience preferred.
Extensive experience with Eaglesoft is REQUIRED. Applicants without Eaglesoft experience will not be considered.
Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, claims processing, billing, and pre-authorizations.
Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements.
Comfortable discussing financing options such as Cherry and CareCredit.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Professional, dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced private practice environment.
Positive attitude with a desire to help grow the practice.
Schedule
Full-time
Approximately 30-40 hours per week
Flexible Monday–Friday schedule based on office needs.
Occasional Saturday availability preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay: $24–28/hour, based on experience.
