Full time Dental Hygienist
Join Our Growing Team as a Dental Hygienist!
We are an innovative and modern boutique dental office located in the vibrant Northern Liberties, looking to add a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to our team. Our practice is known for its laid-back environment and exceptional patient care, and we take pride in fostering strong relationships with our patients.
This is a full-time position, where you will have the opportunity to work with wonderful patients in a setting that prioritizes comfort and quality. We are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a general dentistry practice, and proficiency in calculus removal using Cavitron, as well as familiarity with Curve DMS and the NOMAD Pro technology.
As our second hygienist, you will enjoy a well-structured schedule seeing one patient at a time, allowing for a more personalized approach to dental hygiene. Each patient appointment is typically 45 minutes, providing you with the time needed to deliver exceptional care. You'll also have a 30-minute paid lunch break, ensuring you are refreshed and ready to provide the best service possible.
Our ideal candidate possesses strong people skills, as you will be working closely with patients to educate them about oral hygiene and assist with their treatment needs. We appreciate team players who contribute to our positive office culture and share our commitment to patient health and satisfaction.
In addition to a supportive work environment, we offer competitive compensation, ranging from $50 to $60 per hour, commensurate with experience. We also provide a signing bonus based on the candidate's qualifications. Our benefits package includes paid time off (PTO) and a 401K plan to help you plan for your future.
