As our Dental Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience while leading a talented team. Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and support the dental front desk staff
-Optimize schedules to meet daily productivity goals
-Ensure exceptional service from check-in to checkout
-Monitor insurance, payments, and patient balances
-Train new hires and coach team performance
-Collaborate across departments to enhance workflows
-Drive patient retention and satisfaction

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years of dental experience
-High School Diploma or GED equivalent
-Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Dental knowledge (treatments, insurance, EMR)
-Problem-solving mindset and multitasking ability
-Passion for patient care and team success
