About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to patient care, prevention, and education while creating a welcoming experience for every patient.
Responsibilities
Perform dental hygiene services including cleanings, exams, and periodontal therapy
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options
Take and interpret digital X-rays; chart findings in patient records
Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure seamless care
Adhere to strict infection control and sterilization protocols
Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in Michigan
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with digital X-rays and dental software preferred
Current CPR certification
Patient-focused and team-oriented
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday
No evenings, no weekends
Compensation
$40–$50 per hour (commensurate with experience)
