LOCATION
Azle, TXWe are seeking a skilled and dependable dental hygienist to join a busy, well-established private practice with a general dentistry focus and multiple doctors. Our team is known for providing high-quality care in a supportive, fast-paced, and genuinely fun-loving environment. This is a permanent opportunity for a professional who enjoys building strong patient relationships, working collaboratively with dentists, and contributing to the success of a respected dental office.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and be comfortable delivering comprehensive hygiene care in a modern clinical setting. You will see one patient at a time, allowing you to focus on quality care, patient education, and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, and committed to maintaining a positive experience for every patient.
Our practice values efficiency and clinical excellence, so experience with Eaglesoft, digital X-rays, iTero, NOMAD Pro, Invisalign, and Spear is highly desirable. We appreciate hygienists who are comfortable using current technology and who can adapt easily in a multi-doctor environment. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential, as you will be working closely with dentists and other team members throughout the day.
Patient and team safety are a priority in our office. We provide the following PPE: goggles, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and lab jackets. We also support your professional and personal success with a scrub allowance, paid continuing education, PTO, and bonus opportunities.
This position offers competitive compensation at $46–$48 per hour, reflecting the value we place on experienced, reliable, and compassionate care.
