Registered Dental Hygienist Position Available – Part-Time/Full-Time

Are you a Registered Dental Hygienist or a soon-to-be graduate of a dental hygiene program? Healthy Smile, a practice dedicated to providing top-quality dental care for over 25 years, is expanding our team of hygienists. Our office is located at 2021 44th St SE, Kentwood, MI 49518.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated clinician to help our patients maintain optimal oral health. Responsibilities include performing prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance, taking digital radiographs, providing patient education, administering local anesthesia (if licensed), and supporting comprehensive patient care in collaboration with our doctors.

Weekly Pay

Competitive Compensation at 33% Production
Base pay ranges from $42–$45 per hour depending on experience.

Flexible Scheduling
We understand the importance of work-life balance and genuinely offer flexibility in scheduling. Our office hours are Monday–Thursday from 8 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM. Whether you prefer early mornings, later evenings, specific days, or shorter shifts, we are happy to create a schedule that aligns with your needs.

Streamlined Workflow
Our office utilizes Eaglesoft and digital x-rays to support efficient appointments and strong communication between providers, staff, referrals, and patients.
