Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented dental professional to join a well-established general dentistry practice on a full-time basis. This opportunity is available due to the current dental hygienist being on maternity leave, and we are looking for someone who can provide excellent care and maintain the high standards our patients expect.

Our practice serves a diverse patient base within a collaborative environment that includes General, Periodontics, Prosthodontics, Multi-specialty, Single doctor, PPO, and Private care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a busy clinical setting while delivering personalized, compassionate treatment to each patient. We value professionals who bring strong communication skills, clinical confidence, and a commitment to preventive oral health education.

Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, oral health assessments, patient education, documenting findings accurately, and supporting the overall clinical workflow of the office. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend one hour with each patient, allowing you the time needed to provide quality, attentive care. A 30-minute lunch break is provided during the workday.

This role is well suited for someone with a college-level education and a strong foundation in clinical hygiene procedures, patient care, and infection control protocols. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently while maintaining a calm, professional manner.
