Treatment Coordinator

LUV Braces and Kids Dentistry is a family-owned orthodontic and pediatric dental practice serving the Austin area for 12+ years. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.

Position

Full-Time
$25-30hr

Responsibilities
Welcome new patients and families and provide an exceptional first impression
Coordinate new patient consultations and treatment appointments
Meet with patients and parents to discuss orthodontic treatment options
Present treatment plans, fees, financing, and payment options
Help patients understand the benefits and importance of orthodontic treatment
Follow up with prospective patients and help convert consultations into starts
Build strong relationships with patients and families
Coordinate scheduling and treatment appointments
Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance questions
Work closely with doctors, clinical assistants, and the front office team
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow up on pending treatment and unscheduled patients
Meet individual and practice treatment-start goals
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the patient experience
Qualifications
Previous orthodontic or dental treatment coordination experience preferred
2+ years of dental or orthodontic experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident discussing treatment and financial options
Comfortable asking for the patient’s commitment to treatment
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Professional, positive, and outgoing personality
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Computer and dental practice management software experience preferred
