Job description:
Lead Dental Assistant
$34+ Based on Experience | Full-Time
About Our Office
We are a boutique dental practice built around biomimetic principles and a high-touch, VIP patient experience. Our philosophy is centered on preserving natural tooth structure whenever possible, using adhesive dentistry and modern materials to restore teeth in a way that mimics how they were originally designed to function. We prioritize precision over speed, quality over volume, and long-term outcomes over quick fixes.
From the moment a patient walks in, the experience is intentionally different. Our office is designed to feel elevated, calm, and highly personalized—more in line with a private aesthetic studio than a traditional dental office. Patients are guided through their treatment with a concierge-style approach, longer appointment times, and a focus on comfort, communication, and trust. Every detail—from how procedures are performed to how patients are spoken to—is meant to reflect a higher standard of care.
About the Dr.
Dr. is deeply committed to delivering the highest level of clinical dentistry. His approach is rooted in conservative, biomimetic treatment—always aiming to save as much natural tooth structure as possible while achieving exceptional functional and aesthetic outcomes. He places a strong emphasis on doing things correctly, even when it takes more time, and believes patients deserve dentistry that is built to last.
Dr. is actively involved in continuing education, including advanced training through the Kois Center, and continually refines his clinical approach based on the latest techniques and materials.
