Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our established dental practice in Napa, CA. Our office is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and professional environment. We value teamwork, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
Provide patient education before and after treatment
Ensure infection control and OSHA compliance
Maintain an organized and efficient clinical environment
Support the dental team to ensure an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications
Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Experience is preferred but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay of $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Full-time schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
