Experience in dental treatment coordination is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate with the right mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Educate patients on recommended care and options
- Discuss financial arrangements and financing solutions
- Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
- Manage recall and reactivation systems
- Coordinate scheduling for larger treatment cases
- Communicate with clinical and administrative teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient notes
- Help create a smooth, elevated patient experience

Compensation & Growth

- $20–$25 per hour + performance incentives
- Pay is based on experience, skill set, initiative, and value added.
- We conduct regular performance and compensation reviews as your skills grow.
