At our practice, we utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including Overjet, Sprint Ray, and iTero, to enhance our dental services. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our approach to patient treatment as well as in the technology we integrate into our daily operations. As we prepare for the retirement of our current dental hygienist, we are excited to find a qualified candidate to join our team.

As a dental hygienist, you will play a critical role in the health and well-being of our patients. Key responsibilities include:

- Performing thorough dental cleanings (adult prophylaxis and child prophylaxis)
- Conducting periodontal screenings and treatments, including scaling and root planing
- Utilizing advanced techniques, such as Cavitron and ultrasonic scaling
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Monitoring vital signs and maintaining accurate patient records
- Performing oral cancer screenings and assessments of oral pathology

We believe in fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment, where you will see one patient at a time, providing personalized care with dedicated time for each appointment. Enjoy a relaxed schedule with one hour allocated for adult prophys, 30-60 minutes for child prophys, and two hours for scaling and root planing.

Candidates must possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene school and a minimum of three years of experience in a general dentistry setting. You should be proficient in antimicrobial placement, Arestin therapy, calculus removal, and more.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $55-$65 per hour, depending on your experience. Our benefits include a 401(k) plan with matching, employee discounts, paid time off, paid snow days, and a uniform allowance.

We are looking for someone to work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for 8 hour shift starting at 8:00 AM.
