We are a startup dental office seeking a reliable, hardworking Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator who takes ownership of their work and is excited to grow with a developing practice.
Schedule: 4 days per week (32 hours/week)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
• Ability to work every Saturday
• Strong work ethic; dependable and detail-oriented
• Fast learner with a positive, coachable attitude
• Comfortable multitasking and following through without constant reminders
• Enjoys patient interaction, marketing, and community outreach
• Basic sales or customer service skills (or willingness to learn)

Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients professionally and warmly
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm visits
• Assist with insurance verification and patient follow-ups
• Present treatment plans and accurately collect and record patient copays and payments
• Support social media marketing and community outreach efforts
• Present diagnosed treatments using our proven training system to support high case acceptance outcomes
•Assist doctor in the back with basic procedures occasionally if candidate has dental assisting background

Experience
• Dental experience is a plus (front office experience not required)
