We are a small private dental practice serving a General and PPO patient base, and we are looking for a compassionate, team-oriented dental professional to join our office on a full-time basis. This opportunity is available because our current dental hygienist is on maternity leave, and we are seeking someone who can provide excellent care while supporting our warm, collaborative environment.

Our practice is open Tuesday through Friday and is built on teamwork, communication, and a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate will bring a caring and bubbly personality, along with the professionalism and clinical skill needed to deliver high-quality hygiene services. Because we value a supportive workplace culture, we are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with others and contributing to a small-office setting where every team member plays an important role.

This role typically involves seeing one patient at a time, though there may be occasions when two patients are scheduled concurrently. Appointments are generally 40 minutes each, allowing you the time needed to provide thorough, attentive care. Responsibilities will include standard hygiene procedures, patient education, charting, preventive care, and helping patients feel comfortable and informed during their visit.

We ask for at least 2 years of experience in dental hygiene. A college-level education and the ability to work well in a private practice environment are important for success in this position. Because patient care and team coordination are essential, strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic are highly valued.

For your comfort and safety, the office provides disposable gowns, nitrile gloves, and regular masks as part of the available PPE. Convenient parking is available in the office lot. The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break, and the practice offers PTO as a benefit. Compensation is competitive and depending on experience.
