Dental assistant wanted
LOCATION
Nashville, TNWe are a growing, privately owned, single-doctor general dental practice seeking a friendly, dependable team member to join our close-knit office full-time. Our modern, fully digital practice provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages in a relaxed yet professional environment. We value teamwork, open communication, and exceptional patient care, and we are looking for someone who shares those values.
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a supportive dental setting. No prior experience is required. Daily responsibilities may include assisting the doctor during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, supporting patient comfort, and helping with digital records and imaging. Familiarity with Open Dental, intraoral cameras, and digital X-rays is helpful, though training can be provided.
We offer a full-time schedule with a 1-hour lunch break, nitrile gloves and regular masks, parking behind the building, and a 401(k) benefit. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a positive team environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
