Full-Time RDA Needed for Small Private Practice

At our friendly dental practice, we are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a passion for providing exceptional patient care. We are a small, private general and PPO practice where a supportive atmosphere and teamwork are at the forefront of our operations.
We are seeking candidates with a current RDA certification (required). Bilingual and CPR certification are a plus but are not required. You will play an essential role in chairside assistance, infection control, instrument sterilization, and ensuring patients feel welcomed and comfortable during their visits. Your skills in dental terminology, radiology, dental charting, and impressions will be put to good use as you support our patients.
We are seeking a full-time candidate who is available to work the following schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Friday: 7:45 AM–12:00 PM
We value a strong commitment to excellent customer service and are open to applicants who are new to the field or have several years of experience. A competitive salary based on experience with additional benefits discussed during the interview process.
