Temporary Full-Time Registered Hygienist (RDH) | 4-6 Month Leave Coverage

We’re looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist in NJ to join our team for a temporary, approximately 4-6 month leave coverage role.

What you’ll do:
Deliver exceptional hygiene care including prophylaxis, perio maintenance, periodontal scaling, patient education, and preventive coaching
Take and document periodontal measurements and clinical notes clearly and consistently
Capture diagnostic-quality radiographs and digital scans as needed
Partner closely with the dentist and team to support excellent patient experience and efficient flow
Build trust with patients through confident communication and a calm, professional chairside presence

Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
At least 2 years of experience working as an RDH.
Proficiency with dental software systems such as Dentrix
Strong communication skills and a high standard for clinical excellence
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Schedule & Term:
Start Immediately
Position is for 4-6 months with the possibility to extend if needed
Monday to Friday
No weekends
