We are seeking a hygienist who understands that their role goes beyond clinical care—you are an integral part of the patient experience and practice success.
One who:
Educates patients in a way that builds trust, value, and treatment acceptance
Manages time effectively and maintains a productive, on-schedule workflow
Demonstrates confidence in periodontal therapy, SRPs, and co-diagnosing
Recognizes opportunities to support comprehensive care, including airway and overall health
Approaches each patient interaction with intention, professionalism, and empathy

Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing
Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review and vital signs
Take diagnostic radiographs
Provide thorough patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain strict adherence to infection control and OSHA standards
Accurately document all clinical findings, treatment, and patient interactions
