AZ Family Dental is a privately owned, doctor-led dental practice in Glendale looking to add another excellent Dental Assistant to our team.

We have a great staff that works hard to provide high-quality dental care using modern technology, and we are looking for a dependable, positive, like-minded teammate who wants to learn, grow, and help deliver an outstanding patient experience.

This is not corporate dentistry. We do not believe in quotas, scripts, or rushing patients through. We believe in quality dentistry, great patient care, and doing the small things right.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, willing to work hard, and interested in learning how to do dentistry the AZ Family Dental way. CAD/CAM, root canal, surgery, and implant experience are a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic matter most.

What You’ll Do
-Chairside assist across a range of general, restorative, and surgical procedures
-Take and process digital X-rays
-Set up rooms, turn over operatories, and help maintain strong clinical flow
-Follow sterilization, infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards
-Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for from start to finish
-Support the doctor and clinical team throughout the day
-Keep the back office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
-Communicate clearly with patients, the doctor, and other team members

-Arizona X-ray certification required

-Organized and able to stay focused on the task at hand
-Genuine desire to grow clinically and professionally

Bonus Experience
-CAD/CAM and same-day crown workflows
-Endo, including root canal assisting
-Oral surgery and implant assisting
-Digital scanning
-Inventory or supply organization
