Compassionate and Enthusiastic Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our growing general dentistry practice. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and is committed to helping individuals of all ages achieve healthier smiles. Our practice is family run and led by Dr. Twisha Padodara and Dr. Roshan Padodara, siblings who proudly continued the legacy established by Dr. Turchin, who founded the practice 40 years ago. We believe in preserving the same standard of quality care while fostering a close sense of community among both patients and team members. With 3 hygiene operatories and 2 restorative operatories, our office is designed to support efficient, personalized care.

This role is available due to practice growth, and no prior experience is required. We welcome recent graduates and those early in their careers who are eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. The right candidate will be patient-focused, professional, and passionate about oral health education—not only performing hygiene procedures, but also helping patients understand how to maintain their smiles at home.

Responsibilities include scaling and root planing, calculus removal, patient recall, pit and fissure sealants, local anesthesia, digital X-rays, and accurate charting in Open Dental. You will see one patient at a time, typically spending 1 hour with each patient. For recall visits, hygienists are given 1 hour per patient, and deep cleaning appointments are scheduled for 1.5 hours to allow for thorough, high-quality care.

We value both patient and staff comfort. The office provides disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. A 1-hour lunch break is included each day, and parking is available in a nearby garage.

Compensation for this position is $50–$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We are looking for someone who will help us continue building a positive culture where everyone enjoys coming to work and every patient feels part of our extended family.
