We are seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our thriving dental practice in San Antonio, TX. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient-centered care in a welcoming and professional environment.
As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience. Your responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms, assisting dentists during procedures, and ensuring the sterilization of instruments to maintain a safe and compliant environment. You will also provide oral care education to patients, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively with our dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in dental assisting, proficiency in four-hand dentistry, and strong communication skills to ensure exceptional patient care. A high school diploma and an active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification or eligibility are preferred.
