We are currently seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering top-notch dental hygiene services while building strong patient relationships. You will engage in preventive care, educate patients on oral health, and create tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 1+ years of experience, familiarity with Dentrix and DEXIS, and proficiency in taking digital X-rays. Additional skills such as local anesthesia (LA) and nitrous oxide administration are essential for this role, as they will enable you to provide comprehensive care that enhances the patient experience.
As a part-time team member, you will work on Wednesdays and Thursdays, starting at 6:30 AM with your first patient appointment at 7 AM and concluding your day at 4 PM, with the last appointment at 3 PM. You will have the opportunity to see one patient at a time, dedicating an hour to each individual, allowing for a thorough and personalized experience for our patients.
Our practice emphasizes a strong commitment to safety and comfort, equipping our team with necessary personal protective equipment, including goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and reusable gowns washed on-site.
In addition to a supportive work environment, we offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $58-$63, along with benefits such as paid time off (PTO), sick time, and 401K matching.
