Part-time hygienist

LOCATION
New York, NY

NYC Dental Arts, PLLC, led by Dr. Yonatan Schwartz, DDS, is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and detail-oriented part-time dental hygienist to join our team. We are a modern, patient-focused dental office, committed to excellence in both care and service. Our private practice has been operating at the same location for almost a century, which is located in the heart of midtown Manhattan in a stunning Art-Deco building.

Responsibilities:
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
Assist the dentist as needed and ensure a smooth flow of clinical operations
Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications:
-Current NY State Dental Hygiene License
-CPR certification
-Local anesthetic certification
-Laser certification preferred
-Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
-Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
