Richard T. Waterman, DDS is looking for the right hygienist to join our established, experienced team in Greeley, Colorado.
Our practice has been consistently recognized as Greeley’s Favorite Dental Office for the past 20 years (Greeley Tribune’s Best of Greeley). We've built our reputation through exceptional dentistry, outstanding patient care, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
We are a privately owned dental practice, not a corporate dental office. We believe excellent hygienists should have the freedom to use their professional judgment, develop meaningful relationships with their patients, and provide exceptional care without being pressured by corporate production quotas or micromanagement.

The Schedule
This is a two-day-per-week position working Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No Fridays. No weekends.

What You'll Do
• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal dental hygiene care
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as appropriate
• Assess and document periodontal and overall oral health
• Take diagnostic radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Educate patients about periodontal health, preventive care, and home care
• Discuss clinical findings and treatment needs confidently with patients
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients
• Communicate and collaborate closely with Dr. Waterman and the dental team
• Utilize modern dental technology to support clinical care and patient education

• Holds an active Registered Dental Hygienist license

Compensation: $58.00–$60.00 per hour, depending on experience.
