RDH for a Biological Dental Practice
LOCATION
Jonestown, TXWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join a patient-focused practice serving a diverse mix of patients. This full-time role is ideal for someone who values high-quality preventive care, strong clinical standards, and a collaborative team environment. The position is well suited for an experienced hygienist who enjoys building trust with patients and delivering care that supports long-term oral and whole-body health.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental hygiene services with an emphasis on detail, precision, and patient comfort. Responsibilities include thorough removal of plaque and calculus, periodontal assessments, routine cleanings, scaling and root planing as needed, patient education, and individualized hygiene recommendations. You will work with one patient at a time, allowing you to focus on quality care and create a calm, attentive experience. Typical appointment times are one hour for prophies and two hours for SRPs.
The ideal candidate is kind, thorough, and detail oriented, with a strong understanding of the connection between oral health and overall wellness. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes pride in excellent clinical work, and helps patients feel informed and supported. A minimum of 3 years of experience in dental hygiene is required.
This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation at $48–$55 per hour or commission based, depending on experience and fit. The office provides a one-hour lunch break, and parking is available on the side of the office for convenience.
