Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our
patient-focused practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care,
attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. In this role, you will play a key
part in promoting oral health, performing preventive dental care, and educating patients on maintaining
optimal dental hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
● Perform thorough prophylaxis (cleanings), periodontal therapy (scaling and root planing), and comprehensive oral health assessments.
● Take and interpret dental radiographs (digital X-rays).
● Apply preventive agents such as fluoride, desensitizers, and sealants.
● Conduct oral cancer screenings and monitor patients’ overall health conditions related to dental care.
● Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and the importance of routine dental visits.
● Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in the practice management system.
● Adhere to OSHA and CDC infection control and sterilization protocols.
● Collaborate with dentists and team members to create individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications
● Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
● Current CPR/BLS certification.
● Excellent patient communication and education skills.
● Commitment to patient comfort, professionalism, and quality care.
● Proficiency with digital radiography and Carestream, VixWin.

Schedule & Compensation
● Compensation: $40 -$50/HR DOE
● Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
● Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
● Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
● Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We are a small, part time, general dental practice with one Dentist and one Dental Hygienist. We are located in Holliston, Massachusetts and are looking to expand our dental team with a second Dental Hygienist on Tuesdays.
