Full-time Hygienist Needed

We are seeking an experienced dental hygiene professional to join a well-established, patient-focused dental practice that has been rooted in the community for over 20 years. Our team is committed to delivering trusted, comprehensive dental care with an emphasis on lasting relationships, patient comfort, and empowering individuals to take charge of their oral health. This full-time opportunity is available as a result of our current hygienist’s upcoming retirement, creating a wonderful chance to step into a respected role and make an immediate impact.

The practice is a general, single-doctor office that serves PPO and private patients in a supportive, relationship-driven environment. We value clinical excellence, strong communication, and a warm, compassionate approach to care. The ideal candidate brings at least 2+ years of experience and is comfortable providing thorough, individualized hygiene services while maintaining a calm and professional chairside presence.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, oral health education, and preventive care procedures with precision and care. You will see one patient at a time, allowing you to focus fully on quality treatment and meaningful patient interaction. This role also includes documenting findings accurately, supporting the doctor with diagnostic needs, and helping patients understand treatment recommendations and home care strategies.

For your safety and comfort, the office provides appropriate personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. A 1-hour lunch break is included in the schedule to support work-life balance throughout the day.
