The Job: We aren’t a giant clinic; we are a small, tight-knit private practice in Los Altos. Because we are small, we move fast and work as a single team. We don't have "that’s not my job" moments here—we all pitch in where needed to get the job done. We are looking for a Dental Assistant who loves a smooth, fast-moving workflow and wants to be part of a team that works hard together.

The Pay:

Hourly Pay: You start at $35/hr.

The "Extras": On top of your hourly pay, we give you extra tax free money for your health bills and gas/travel. When you add that up, it’s like making $40/hr.

The "Hidden" Savings: By working 3 days instead of 5, you aren't just getting 4 days off. You are saving two full days of gas, parking, lunch money, and commute stress every single week.
The Bonuses (How you make extra money): We want to keep our team for a long time, so we reward you for being part of the success:

Every 3 Months: You get a $250 cash bonus (This kicks in after your first 6 months).

Performance Bonuses: You can make even more money each quarter. We pay out extra cash for:

Production: Helping us keep the schedule moving so we can help more patients.
