Are you a positive, caring Dental Assistant who genuinely enjoys working with children?
Carpenter Pediatric Dentistry is a busy, growing private pediatric dental practice in Southeast Aurora, and we're looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant or EDDA to join our all-star team!
We are open five days a week with a 4–4.5 day work week. As our patient family continues to grow, we're excited to welcome another motivated team member who enjoys working with kids, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a supportive team environment.
What We're Looking For
Dental Assistant or EDDA — experience preferred
Someone who enjoys working with children and families
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn, grow, and accept mentorship
Someone who wants to be part of a positive, collaborative office culture
A positive attitude and being a great team player are extremely important to us!
Skills & Responsibilities
Chairside assisting and dental charting
Welcoming and supporting patients and families
Taking and developing dental X-rays
Instrument sterilization
Operatory setup and teardown
Assisting with advanced procedures for appropriately trained candidates
Providing a positive and comfortable experience for our young patients
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
Curve experience is a plus, but NOT required. We are happy to train the right person!
