Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate dental hygienist to join a busy, growth-focused dental office serving a diverse patient base in a general, multi-specialty, multi-doctor, PPO environment. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a college-educated professional with 1+ years of experience who is committed to delivering high-quality preventive care and patient education in a supportive team setting.

Our practice is a multi-doctor practice in Bethlehem, GA, established in 2017 by Dr. Brandon Esco. We value clinical excellence, teamwork, and a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with one patient at a time and managing care with efficiency and attention to detail. Typical scheduling includes 1-hour recare appointments and 2-hour scaling and root planing appointments, allowing the time needed to provide thorough, personalized care.

Responsibilities include performing prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal screening and treatment, calculus removal, ultrasonic scaling, air polishing, fluoride treatment, gingivitis treatment, pit and fissure sealants, and oral hygiene instruction. Additional duties include dental charting, patient records documentation, treatment planning, patient recall, and patient education. Experience with intraoral camera use, digital x-rays, KaVo equipment, and CPR certification is highly valued.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with the doctor and clinical team to support comprehensive care and promote long-term oral health. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach are essential. You should be confident discussing home care recommendations, periodontal findings, and preventive treatment options while helping patients feel informed and at ease.

We prioritize safety and infection control for both staff and patients. Available personal protective equipment includes disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, N95 masks, and regular masks.
