Join Our Dynamic Dental Team as a Hygienist!

We are an established private dental practice committed to providing exceptional patient care and education. Our team consists of 8 dedicated employees, including 1 general dentist, 3 dental assistants, 2 front office staff, and 1 hygienist. As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a full-time dental hygienist to join our friendly and collaborative environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients one-on-one, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide personalized care. You will conduct comprehensive oral screenings, perform prophylaxis, and offer fluoride treatments while utilizing specialized techniques such as Arestin Therapy and bleeding management. Familiarity with chair-side assistance, nitrous oxide administration, and periodontal treatments will be beneficial.

Our office values teamwork and camaraderie. We work together to ensure each patient receives the highest standard of care, and we encourage our hygienists to contribute their insights and skills. An upbeat and positive attitude is essential, alongside a willingness to learn and adapt in a growing practice.

You will be responsible for seeing one patient at a time, typically spending 90 minutes with new patients and 60 minutes with recare patients. This structure promotes thorough assessments and allows for detailed oral hygiene instruction and education. While you will enjoy a one-hour unpaid lunch break, we believe in maintaining work-life balance to foster overall job satisfaction.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45-55, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental insurance, Aflac supplemental coverage, a 401K match, paid time off, holiday pay, a scrub allowance, and one week of paid time off during Christmas.
