Front Desk Patient Coordinator / Dental Receptionist
Solaris Dental – League City, TX

Solaris Dental is seeking an experienced, confident Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of dental front office experience who can step into a fast-paced environment and contribute immediately.

Position Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of dental front desk experience required
-Experience with dental insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
-Knowledge of treatment plan presentation and patient financing options
-Scheduling experience for hygiene and doctor appointments
-Strong phone skills and patient communication
-Experience collecting payments and managing accounts receivable
-Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
-Familiarity with Dentrix preferred

Responsibilities
-Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
-Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
-Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
-Check patients in and out efficiently
-Collect payments and manage patient balances
-Confirm appointments and maintain schedule productivity
-Assist with patient communication and follow-up
-Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
