We’re seeking a reliable, outgoing team player who is excited to build lasting relationships with patients while providing exceptional dental care.

In this full or part-time role (Full time: 4 days a week, with shifts ranging from 29 to 40), you will have a chance to utilize your skills effectively. You will spend quality time with each patient, typically 60 minutes for adult prophylaxis or periodontal maintenance, 80 minutes for new patients, and 80 minutes for scaling and root plaining. Our practice values thoroughness and quality care, allowing you to truly engage with each patient.

We equip our hygienists with the necessary personal protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Your expertise in areas such as Arestin therapy, calculus removal, oral cancer screening, and patient education will be put to great use here. Proficiency with Eaglesoft and DEXIS, along with CPR certification, is highly preferred; however, we warmly welcome both new graduates and experienced hygienists to apply.

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $50 to $60 per hour, based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including paid time off (PTO), a 401K plan with matching, paid holidays, free/discounted dental treatment, and medical insurance. With an hour-long lunch break on an 8-hour day and 30-minute breaks on 7-hour days, we believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
