We are seeking a skilled, compassionate dental hygiene professional to join a leading cosmetic dental practice serving a diverse patient base across general, PPO, and private care. This is a full-time opportunity for an individual who enjoys providing high-quality preventive care in a polished, patient-focused environment.
Our practice is known for delivering exceptional dentistry with an emphasis on aesthetics, comfort, and education. Patients are friendly, engaged, and highly informed about their oral health, which creates a positive and collaborative care experience. We are looking for someone who brings a warm, energetic presence, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to professionalism, ethics, and long-term growth.
Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal charting, and oral health assessments; removing calculus, plaque, and stains; taking and reviewing diagnostic images as directed; applying preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants when appropriate; and educating patients on home care, hygiene techniques, and the importance of ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate will be confident discussing oral health findings in a way that is clear, encouraging, and tailored to each patient’s needs.
You should be comfortable working with patients who value excellent service and detailed communication. Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with the dental team are essential. We value team members who are reliable, ethical, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
A college-level education in dental hygiene or a related field is expected, along with the appropriate licensure and clinical competency required for practice. Prior experience in a dental office is preferred, especially in a setting that balances general dentistry with PPO and private-care patients.
Patient and staff safety are top priorities. The office provides personal protective equipment including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks.
If you are passionate about preventive care, enjoy working with well-informed patients, and are seeking a professional environment with room to grow, this could be an excellent fit. We welcome individuals who bring positivity, responsibility, and a strong work ethic to every day.
Please do not call or email the office to apply.
