Office lead/manager
LOCATION
Los Gatos, CAWe are seeking an experienced dental office professional to join our small, private, general practice as a full-time front office team member with strong knowledge of both front and back office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping a practice run smoothly and efficiently while supporting a single-doctor office that is continuing to grow.
Our office is a modern, 4-chair practice with up-to-date technology and a warm, team-oriented environment. We are focused on maintaining a smaller practice model while building a strong, efficient team. The right candidate will help reduce the doctor’s administrative workload by assisting with ordering, staffing concerns, hiring support, temp coordination, and other day-to-day management tasks. Experience with Curve Hero is preferred.
We are looking for someone with 5 or more years of experience and the confidence to handle dental office management responsibilities. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills are essential. This position is available because our current front office team member is retiring.
Benefits include 401(k), dental coverage through the office, PTO, and a bonus structure. Pay is $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience and knowledge. PPE provided includes disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. A 1-hour lunch break and plenty of on-site parking are available.
