Luxadent is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Lead Dental Assistant who can take a lead role in managing the clinical team and back-office operations. This position is ideal for a strong leader who is organized, proactive, and experienced in maintaining clinical efficiency and compliance within a dental practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chairside during restorative and surgical procedures
Lead and oversee daily back-office clinical operations
Ensure OSHA, infection control, and sterilization protocols are properly followed and maintained
Monitor and maintain clinical inventory and supplies, including placing and tracking orders
Coordinate with the front desk and doctor to maintain efficient patient flow
Maintain and organize clinical logs, compliance records, and sterilization documentation
Train, support, and guide other dental assistants
Oversee equipment maintenance and operatory readiness
Assist with clinical workflow coordination and treatment preparation
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Head Dental Assistant or strong leadership experience preferred
Knowledge of OSHA guidelines, infection control standards, and sterilization protocols
Experience managing inventory, supply ordering, and back-office organization
Familiarity with digital X-rays and dental software (Open Dental preferred)
Strong organizational and leadership skills
