Position: Registered Dental Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time)
What You’ll Do:
• Assist chairside with comprehensive and cosmetic procedures
• Take diagnostic photos, digital scans, impressions, and x-rays
• Prepare and break down operatories to high sterilization standards
• Track lab cases, inventory, and procedural trays
• Provide a calm, patient-first experience with hospitality-level service
• Support with charting, treatment notes, and post-op instructions
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical flow
We’re Looking For:
• Current Texas RDA + CPR certifications
• Experience with cosmetic dentistry, aligners, or scanning (preferred)
• Calm, detail-oriented, and patient-focused demeanor
• Growth-mindset, fast learner, and team collaborator
• Passion for creating a comfortable experience for anxious patients
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive in clinic support
