We're seeking a high-quality endodontic assistant that will complement our current team of two front and one back. Ideal character traits include professionalism, efficient, good sense of humor, easy to get along with, good communicator, organized, quick learner, four handed dentistry, and ability to be one step ahead of the doctor. You can expect high endodontic pay, monthly bonus, medical insurance for you and your dependent, 4-day work week, 7:45 am to 5-7 pm hours alternating 5 pm and 7 pm every other day, the best endodontic technology (scopes w/4k working screens assistant side), team, practice, referring doctors, and patients in the Austin area. If you don’t have endodontic experience, no problem, there’s a 90-day training period that will teach you everything you need to get up to speed (starting in with setup, breakdown, sterile, cbct, exams, and treatments. Experience in general dentistry is welcomed as this is the foundation for micro-endodontics. In micro-endodontics you will enjoy a comfy chair, good ergonomics, 4k screen monitor for easy viewing, less torquing of your back, and rotating every other treatment. Treatments last between 1 and 2 hours and exams for 30 minutes. A typical day will have 3-4 treats and 6-8 exams divided by two assistants. Not bad!
