We at Santa Clarita Smile Design are seeking a dedicated professional to join our front office team in a general dental office setting. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will excel in scheduling coordination and insurance verification, generating treatment cost estimates, and presenting comprehensive treatment plans to our valued patients.
Your positive attitude and charming personality will ensure a welcoming environment for all patients. You will be responsible for addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a reliable and organized office file system. Proficiency in Dentrix software is a plus, as you will utilize it for daily operations.
Pay: 27-40/hr, with bonuses.
We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive atmosphere, where having a smile on your face is essential. You’ll also manage aging reports and follow up on statements, all while demonstrating dependability in your role.
