Are you an experienced and patient-focused Dental Hygienist looking for a dental home where you can thrive, feel valued, and grow with a like-minded team?
We’re a husband-and-wife-owned practice in Plantation, FL, and we’re currently looking to add one more rock-solid hygienist to our team right away. We recently expanded our hygiene department and now need a final team member who can hit the ground running.
We take pride in delivering elevated patient care in a modern, positive, and growth-minded environment — and we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves creating long-term relationships with patients and values clinical excellence.
✨ About the Position:
Immediate start available
Monday–Thursday schedule (Fridays off!)
1-hour hygiene appointments (with built-in time for quality)
Fully digital and paperless office (Dentrix + Dexis)
Beautiful, modern space with a supportive team
Thorough onboarding process so you feel confident from Day 1
💙 What We’re Looking For:
A licensed and experienced Dental Hygienist (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong communication skills + a team-first mindset
Comfortable using technology and working in a fast-paced, modern environment
Passionate about educating patients and co-diagnosing with doctors
