Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented dental hygienist seeking a rewarding part-time opportunity? Our specialty periodontal practice is looking for an enthusiastic addition to our team! We pride ourselves on providing advanced techniques and the highest quality of dental care, ensuring our patients receive the best treatment for their periodontal and implant needs.
As a dental hygienist in our office, you will have the chance to work alongside multiple experienced doctors in a collaborative environment, where professional growth and team synergy are prioritized. You will see one patient at a time, allowing you to deliver personalized, high-quality care. Hygiene appointments are scheduled for a minimum of one hour, while scaling and root planing appointments typically last for 1.5 hours. This structure enables you to focus on each patient’s unique needs and ensures thorough treatment with ample time for education and communication.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $59–$65, depending on your experience. Additionally, a generous $1,000 sign-on bonus will welcome you to our team. Our benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance (70% employer-paid), a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, PTO, sick time, and holiday pay.
To excel in this role, strong communication and patient care skills are essential. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with periodontal procedures and adept at making patients feel at ease. Experience with digital x-rays and Dentrix software is helpful but not mandatory. We welcome both seasoned hygienists and newer graduates who possess a strong clinical foundation and eagerness to learn.
In this part-time role, you will enjoy designated 1-hour lunch breaks to recharge and rejuvenate during your shift. Our practice operates 7:30 AM–5 PM, 2–3 days a week, and we proudly offer a no-weekend work schedule.
