We are seeking a part time General Dentist to join our team.(Experience preferred)

Clinical Responsibilities include:

Review patients’ medical history, current medications, existing conditions, previous dental work, vital signs, and informed consent forms as needed
Diagnose patients’ dental needs and create individualized treatment plans
Educate patients on their diagnosis to ensure acceptance and confidence in their treatment
Complete progress notes, ensuring that they are clear and comprehensive.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of dental experience
Needed 2 days throughout the week
DEA license
Active Colorado dental License or in progress of acquiring
