Are you a motivated, bilingual individual with a passion for customer service? We are looking for a part-time Front Office team member to join our small, dynamic private practice, serving our community for over 30 years. Our mission is to ensure our patients have a positive and stress-free oral surgery experience, and we need your help to achieve this!

In this role, you will be responsible for appointment scheduling, managing patient records, and providing exceptional customer service at our front desk. You will play a crucial part in creating relationships with our patients, helping to foster an environment where everyone feels cared for and valued.

We offer a collaborative work culture with an emphasis on communication, teamwork, and stability. We provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety and that of our patients. While prior experience is a plus, we are eager to train the right candidate who is a quick learner and committed to team success.
