We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Dental Assistant to join our thriving general and private practice. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our patient-care team while honing your skills in a collaborative environment.
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care alongside our experienced dental professionals. Your responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms, assisting with various dental procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office. A commitment to patient comfort and a positive attitude are essential.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, although new graduates are encouraged to apply. Special skills in dental assisting and office operations are required. Being cross-trained in various functions is a plus, enhancing your contributions to our team.
We offer competitive pay, ranging from $18 to $24 per hour, based on experience. Additional benefits include paid time off (PTO), a 401K plan, dental discounts, and production bonuses. Enjoy a supportive work environment with a 1-hour lunch break and convenient parking beside the building.
